Sitharaman Tribute

ending environment tomorrow......the endgame for this subject would be to supplement my notes with shankar ias book in 2022 year end and then revise also started with ancient and mediaeval history today.... not that boring I'd say though the narration could be more interesting... anyway i don't see any hurdles coming in my way in this subject or in art and culture....so next 15-20 days are well planned in this part also.... ECONOMY....yay....i hope mrunal's lectures dont disappoint me as Siddharth arora's did for polity but also his lectures are gonna go on for a month also to be suplemented by macroeconomy and probably ramesh singh....lots of decisions to be taken in this field to be honest..... also also, after the next 1 month of ancient medival art culture and world history combined with economics i would be done with the basic part of my syllabus and i could focus on test series for the next 10-15 days....i would've to plan that out wisely too and then it'd

Ancient Times

So I'll be starting ancient and mediaeval history from tomorrow.... probably gonna take a week or so ....with 4 lectures of environment left...planning to read out bipan chandra as the first thing tomorrow morning so that i could complete the first test anyways.... I'd be starting economy from the next Monday which will take around a month to complete, being a long subject in comparison to others one thing that i learned today is that i need to read about the political theories and ideologies before going into ethics which would surely enhance my answer writing skills in gs 4

World WAR

Going to complete post independance history tomorrow with land reforms, some social reforms and tribal areas notes i'm going to study ncert cuz its around 100 pages.....after this the greedy thing to do would be to start world history to compliment it with rather boring lectures of environment....but i should start ancient & medival history and complete it within a week to end history with world history and then do art & culture.....meanwhile i have 7 lectures left of environment post which i am going to start economy...yay!

tryst with destiny

starting with post-independance history today.....decided to read bipan chandra last night and do the test paper but couldn't go with it idk why my first priority today would be to complete 2 lectures both of post independance and environment and then go for bipan chandra..... reading anything without taking notes seems very monotonous for me...:( still i would try to do the test today atleast i've got around 300+ tests for prelims which counts to 30000+ questions....that should be more than enough...also around 50 mains tests will help too...i need to grasp up my answer writing skills after sometime...anyways lets go

Independence

completed modern history lectures today....the period, sadly, didn't end with India's independence or even with the partition of 1947 but with "Communalism"... that's sad anyways, tomorrow would be the day to first catch up with the environment lectures i left for the past 2 days (atleast 4) and then to revise my notes, complete reading of bipan Chandra's book and if time and energy allows, start the reading of plassey 2 partition and see if it lives up to my hopes.... what i plan for the next few weeks : - completion of environment lectures with revision - full revision of modern history with reading of the both the books with underlining/note making if need be  - initiate plan post independence....also decide if a book is to be read or not - after completion of environment, start with economy lectures of mrunal (as SR coaching sir seemed boring) - economics should be combined with reading of ncert text for full reference - decide on buying ramesh singh book

disappointed

i feel a lot more exhausted than I've felt in the past 2 months.... morning started with a great sense of excitement to begin the environment part of the syllabus which later turned into much confusion about if i should study it now or later as it has more of a current affairs based syllabus rather than static parts....though i feel these are the last classes by rushikesh sir so i wouldn't get the chance to study from him later on.... I've planned to make notes from his lectures for now and at the end of 2022 prelims i would buy the shankar ias book for preparation... coming to modern history... it's going alright after yesterday's one lecture gap of "social reform movements"...still i think the vision notes are upto the mark for that part too.....not much left to complete but i think my procastination has increased recently...hmm at present I'm much more worried about the gaps of lectures in the psir course of shubhra ranjan...though she only dictates
okay so just found out i need to do 8 more lectures of "indian geography"....was searching for this so desperately so i guess i'll complete geography and governance together and then i could start modern history and environment together i would start post independance if i complete modern history first and economy if complete environment first more chances are for economy so that would be pretty long session of economy and history everyday....hope i can get through it
